Didn’t absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back to us for a refund.

To prepare your return for shipping, box up your jewelry securely (in the original packaging, if possible!), place inside your mailer and attach your return shipping label to the front. Once we receive your return shipment and everything looks A-OK, we’ll refund your original payment method (excluding any delivery charges) within 1-2 weeks.

Please note: we’re a small team and keep a close eye on returns (fraudulent orders have been popping off and it really sets us back). 💔 On $300+ returns we’ve confirmed to be fraudulent, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to your original payment method—never on legit orders, and we’ll always check in before we do this.

14k Gold-filled

GF pieces make top quality and style accessible at an affordable price. Gold fill wears well, making it a durable alternative to the pricier solid gold.

For those that love the look and feel of solid gold jewelry, but not the price tag, our 14k gold-filled option is an excellent, affordable alternative—one of our favorite jewelry metals ever. Gold-filled pieces have a very thick layer of 14k gold, heat and pressure bonded to a high-quality jeweler’s brass core. The thick outer layer of gold makes it highly durable and safe for people with allergies or sensitive skin. With proper care and storage, gold-filled pieces can still offer decades of love and wear (without breaking the bank).

Sterling Silver

Almost all of our designs can also be made in sterling silver. Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and is considered a precious metal (and also one of the most durable metals!). The remaining 7.5% is typically copper, which gives it extra strength and durability. Sterling silver is hypoallergenic, so you can wear it daily without the risk of irritation.

Why we love .925 silver:
It lasts a lifetime! Because it's a solid metal, you can polish and refinish it countless times over time.

Sterling Silver vs. 14k Gold
Comparing 14k gold to sterling silver is a bit tricky, as it's often style or color preference that distinguishes them. However, in terms of durability and longevity, they're very similar! 14k gold (whether solid gold or gold-plated) is an easy-care metal that requires minimal maintenance, just like sterling silver.

Gold Vermeil

Vermeil is composed of a thick layer of gold over solid sterling silver, one of the most popular metals in jewelry. The thickness of the gold and the sterling silver base are what differentiate this option from gold plating. The choice of karat level (e.g., 14k or 16k) in the plating process determines the color of the gold (10k would have a light, subtle yellow hue, while 24k would be a deep, rich yellow). Our vermeil pieces are plated with 14k gold for a perfect, soft yellow hue.

A thick layer of gold without the hefty price tag of 14k makes vermeil a good alternative to solid gold. It's also comforting to know that if the gold layer wears off, there's another hypoallergenic precious metal (sterling silver) underneath. Pieces that show a lot of wear can also be re-gold plated to cover the underlying silver.
